About OYPW.

This is our annual "Order Your Private World" (OYPW) workshops, a transformative event designed to support church workers, pastors, their families, and ministry teams. These workshops provide a safe, engaging space to discuss and address the challenges faced by those in ministry, offering practical solutions and fostering a supportive community. This division operates out of South Africa at the moment and works mainly in the main-stream church arena.

About the workshops

Why join the OYPW workshop?

Our workshops aim to create awareness of prevailing negative trends in ministry, discover workable solutions, and exchange valuable ideas. This platform brings seasoned ministers together with younger leaders, encouraging transparency, vulnerability, and mutual learning. Through coaching and mentoring, we strive to build a nurturing environment where everyone can grow.

Who can participate?

The workshops are open to all local churches and ministry groups. As a paid event, it ensures a commitment to the value and quality of the experience provided.Beyond the Physical Workshops In addition to our annual in-person workshops, we offer online sessions throughout the year. We're also excited to announce that PHASE is working diligently to compile over 200 hours of training videos from past events. Soon, these will be available on our website, providing valuable insights in both video and audio formats, accessible anytime.
